Halal Nest Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely happy and confident when shopping with Halal Nest. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn / unused, with original tags still attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened food items, personal care goods, or anything custom-made just for you cannot be returned.


How to Start a Return

Simply email us at discoverhalalnest@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We’ll guide you step-by-step and give you:

  1. Our return shipping address

  2. A return shipping label (if applicable)

  3. Instructions for safely packaging your item

Important: Please don’t send anything back without first contacting us — unannounced returns won’t be accepted.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us right away (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) at discoverhalalnest@gmail.com with photos. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — whichever works best for you.


Items We Cannot Accept Back

We care about quality and safety, so the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, baked items, spices)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., skincare, grooming products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

Need a different product? The fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want, and send back your original purchase following the return process above. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll refund you promptly.


European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period by law — meaning you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. The item must meet the same eligibility conditions above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to post the refund to your account.
